Waffle this...
So we got a professional belgian waffle maker for Christmas and decided to try it out. However, with a wheat allergy, I wanted to do wheat-free version. So I tried this Deluxe Waffle that I found on AllRecipes.com and substituted brown-rice flour. It came out very very yummy. It's also full of whole-grained goodness. That justifies the extra syrup.
