Dan invited one of his co-workers over for dinner (very nice guy). So on the spot, I prepared a standard chinese dish and a wonderful custard dessert. The Chinese Pepper Steak tastes just like my mom makes (and now I have a recipe). The Floating Islands custard dessert (pictured here) was really good and pretty quick too. Dan's favorite part was the meringue.
